自行開車
◎若經由中山高速公路者請由大林交流道下，接台一線往嘉義（南）方向。
◎若經第二高速公路者請由竹崎交流道下，接縣道166往民雄（西）方向後，再接台一線往嘉義（南）方向。

搭乘火車
◎於民雄站下車者可轉搭計程車或步行約25分鐘。
◎於嘉義站下車者可轉搭公車或計程車。

搭乘高鐵
◎搭乘BRT公車於嘉義火車站下車者可轉搭計程車。
◎於高鐵站搭乘計程車。

搭乘公車
◎嘉義縣公車：於嘉義火車站前搭乘「嘉義－梅山（經大林）」或「嘉義－南華大學（中正大學）」線，下車站牌名稱為「民雄稅捐處」。
◎嘉義客運：於總站（嘉義市中山路503號）搭乘「北港線（經民雄）」、「斗六線」或「土庫線」，下車站牌名稱為「民雄稅捐處」。

By Car
◎If you take the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Freeway、please exit at DaLin Interchange and the take the Tai Route No. 1 toward Chiayi (south).
◎If you take the Second Freeway、please exit at Zhuqi Interchange and take the County Highway No. 166 toward Minsyong (West) then take the Tai Route No. 1 toward Chiayi (south)

By Train
◎Get off at the Minsyong Station and then either take a taxi or take a 25-minute walk to the PAC.
◎Get off at the Chiyi Station and then either catch bus or take a taxi to the PAC.

By Taiwan High Speed Railway (THSR)
◎Get off at the THSR Chaiyi Station、catch BRT to the Chaiyi Railway Station and then take a taxi to the PAC.
◎Get off at the THSR Chaiyi Station and take a taxi to the PAC.

By Bus
◎Chiayi County Bus: Catch the bus route 「Chiayi to Meishan (via DaLin)」 or the route 「Chiayi to Nanhua University (Chung-Cheng University)、and then get off at the 「Minsyong Office、National Tax Administration of Southern Taiwan Province」 station.
◎Chiayi Bus: Catch the bus route 「Beigang (via Minsyong )、route 「Douliou」 or route 「Tuku」 at terminal (No.503、Zhongshan Rd、 Chiayi City),and then get off at the 「Minsyong Office、National Tax Administration of Southern Taiwan Province」
