流浪之歌音樂節今年與活躍於創作的「CAMPO」創意市集合作，規劃40個攤位區，募集符合音樂節調性的個人創作、獨立製作、手工藝品攤位，在充滿塗鴉、酒廠舊跡的空間裡，呈現一個「創意共榮圈」的繁景，與來自各方的愛樂人驚喜相遇。

這群來自東南亞的移民勞工、家庭照護工作者，台灣人並不陌生。當然他們並不像白皮膚的朋友那樣，總是能得到較客氣有禮的款待。他們雖然生活在我們四周，但我們對他們的了解卻遠比誤解來得少。

認識世界，就從我們鄰近的文化開始。「聆聽東南亞的聲音」以歌唱比賽的形式呈現，分印、泰、越、菲四種語言，也是東南亞新移民在台人數最多的族群。團體組以移工為主要訴求對象，希望透過團體凝聚的過程，讓他們建立認同與主體性。同時，並期望他們的台灣同事能夠經由歌唱音樂，進一步認識新移民的文化、歷史。家庭組則希望打破「外籍新娘學中文」的既定印象，讓家庭成員有機會接觸東南亞的母語和歌謠。歌唱比賽選在戶外空間舉辦，旨在吸引過路（台灣）人認識日常生活中雖感覺接近，但實際卻存有龐大隔閡的新移民／移工文化。本活動由移民／移住人權修法聯盟、中央廣播電臺與流浪之歌音樂節合作舉辦。

‘Migrant Workers Singing Contest’ is a singing contest for migrant workers in Taiwan, and is being organized by Alliance of Immigration Rights Protection and RTI (Radio Taiwan International) in cooperation with the Migration Music Festival. The purpose of the contest is to allow migrant workers to gather together and showcase their talents, and to promote a better understanding of their cultures and lives among Taiwanese people. There will be separate contest categories for singers from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
