Award winning filmmaker Mike Dibb has directed and produced television films for over 35 years. He has covered nearly all topics surrounding popular culture, including sports, cinema, and art. Dibb's work includes the BBC television series "Ways of Seeing," a program on European painting that featured the writer and art critic John Berger. In recent years, he released a documentary on the literary theorist Edward Said. Dibb's films on music include a feature on Afro-Spanish roots of Cuban music, as well as character studies on trumpeter Miles Davis and pianist Keith Jarrett.
